“We chose Ted Kalinka of Kalinka Homes to rebuild our family beach home that had been destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. Ted was extremely easy to work with on this difficult project, particularly given we were not local. He communicated effectively with us on a regular basis, gave us advance warning on upcoming decisions that we had to make and was very patient with us under difficult circumstances. He was very dependable throughout the process and his costs were very fair. He also provided us with great advice on options we were considering and decisions we had to make.
